Property Overview
150 Symes Road is a 5.5-acre site located in the Keele and St. Clair area of Toronto. The property currently contains two buildings. One of the existing buildings on the site is the imposing Heritage designated, Destructor Building. Originally built by the City of Toronto in 1933, this Art Deco structure was restored to its former grandeur in 2017. The Destructor building is currently leased to Junction Brewery and The Symes event space who benefit from the abundant natural light and striking ceiling heights. The property also contains a column free ‘Garage Building’ with 16-foot ceilings. Built in 1933, using the same architectural style as the Destructor, the Garage Building has also been completely renovated in 2017. It is currently leased to food caterer Toben Food By Design and event space Grace.

150 Symes Road was awarded the William Greer Biult Heritage award in 2019.
